Moease Publishing currently sells digital eBooks. No physical product is shipped for these purchases.
Download Access
Download access is provided after successful payment. Customers should keep their order email and may also use the Downloads area in My Account when available.
Refund Requests
Because digital files can be delivered immediately and cannot be physically returned, completed digital purchases are generally not refundable after the download has been made available, except where required by applicable law or where there is a verified technical problem that prevents access to the purchased file.
Technical Problems
If a download link does not work, a file is damaged, or the wrong file is delivered, please contact us so we can investigate and provide a working copy when appropriate.
Duplicate Purchases
If you believe you accidentally purchased the same title more than once, contact us with the order details for review.
